The Minister of Education, Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, arrived in Basra today to offer condolences to the families of the victims of the students of Zainab Primary School. He is accompanied by the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, and the Chairman of the Provincial Council, Khalaf Al-Badran.
