Less than a minute after take-off, a private amphibious plane crashes, killing its crew, in eastern Russia

A private amphibious plane crashed while taking off from the Dudinka River in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in eastern Russia on Wednesday, according to local emergency services.

The Emergency Department said that two people were on board the ill-fated plane, and both were killed in the accident.

The plane caught fire after it fell, and firefighters put it out.

The prosecutor's office opened an investigation into the incident.
