Iraq’s Oil Exports To The US Increased During The Last Week

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced, today, Sunday, that Iraq’s oil exports to the United States increased during the past week.

The EIA said in a table, that “the rate of Iraq’s oil exports to America amounted to 305 thousand barrels per day last week, an increase of 70 thousand barrels as a daily rate from the previous week, when the rate of oil exports reached 235 thousand barrels per day.”

The EIA indicated that “most of America’s oil imports during the past week came from Canada, followed by Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and then Colombia.” While American imports of crude oil continued from Brazil, Nigeria, Ecuador, and Libya, and it did not import any quantity from Russia.
