The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, expressed his regret for failing to support the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace) and not reacting to the ongoing attacks against him.
Al-Sadr said in a post: “I am expressing my sorry for a nation that has failed to support its Prophet in this ours time. We have not found any reaction to the continuous attacks on him from the enemies of religion and doctrine when they published satirical cartoons against him or when they attacked the Book of God (the Holy Qur’an).
