Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain (UoB), and President of Gulf Healthcare and Sport Congress (GHSC), called for implementing of modern technology and utilizing scientific research findings to enhance the healthcare.
GHSC is scheduled to be held on November 9-10, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC)
Dr. Al Ansari emphasized that GHSC aims to highlight the latest developments in healthcare and sports, and modern practices in both fields, to achieve comprehensive health; physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
GHSC, organized by UoB in collaboration with "Education Plus", comes as part of the efforts to enhance the educational sector in health and sports in Bahrain and it is the first of its kind in the GCC.
