Tripoli, -The Presidential Council met on Wednesday with US Ambassador and Envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, the US Chargé d’affaires Leslie Ordman, and their accompanying delegation, to discuss the latest political, economic and security developments in Libya.
The meeting focused on efforts of the Presidential Council to make the electoral entitlement a success, and the need to mobilize the international community to resolve the difficulties that hinder its conduct, the most important of which is the constitutional basis, according to what was published by the Council’s Communication office on its official Facebook page.
The meeting also addressed national reconciliation and its importance for stabilizing the country.
