A security source announced that members of the Anti-Terrorism Service had arrested one of the terrorist ISIS leaders in the city of Kirkuk.
The source said that intelligence information and careful follow-up during which one of the ISIS leaders was arrested and his contents were seized, stressing that the target is not from the people of Kirkuk, and he was followed up in a number of governorates, and he is one of the security leaders of the terrorist organization, and he was preparing for a bombing in Kirkuk.
