Tripoli: The Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs, Mohammed bin Ghalbon, has issued a directive mandating that all dealings with foreign organizations require prior permission from the Prime Minister's office. This circular targets ministers, heads of authorities, institutions, departments, agencies, centers affiliated with the Cabinet, and mayors, instructing them to refrain from communication or dealings with international entities without this authorization. According to Libyan News Agency, the circular specifies that any communication, cooperation, meetings, or agreements with foreign organizations require prior approval from the Prime Minister's office. This directive aligns with the instructions from the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity. The circular further instructs that any requests for authorization and coordination must be processed through the Government Contact Center. This procedure aims to standardize actions, improve coordination among public entities, a nd ensure compliance with established regulations.
