Al-Koni Announces Stalemate in Presidential Council’s Decision-Making Process

Tripoli: The Presidential Council has not yet reached an agreement on the selection of the head of the General Intelligence Service and the Chief of Staff. Presidential Council member Musa al-Koni announced that the Council met today, Sunday, to select the head of the General Intelligence Service and the Chief of Staff.

According to Libyan News Agency, Al-Koni confirmed in a post on his account on X that the Presidential Council did not reach an agreement during its meeting to select candidates for these two positions.
