Presidential decree appoints Firas Ahmad al-Hamid as new Governor of Tartous

President Bashar al-Assad issued decree No. 216 for 2023 to end the appointment of Mr. Abdul Halim Khalil as governor of Tartous province, and appointing Mr. Firas Ahmed al-Hamid for the same post.
