Tripoli: Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing Libyan-Chinese cooperation during a meeting with Khaled Rashid, Chairman of the High Committee for Supervising Libyan-Chinese Cooperation. The meeting, held at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli, was attended by Musa Faraj, Second Deputy Head of the Council, Abdulmutallab Baqas, Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee, and Council member Jamila Al-Zawi. According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions focused on reviewing the outcomes of the Joint Committee's work and explored prospects for expanding cooperation between Libya and China in economic, investment, and development sectors. Preparations for the upcoming Libyan-Chinese Dialogue were also discussed, which aims to enhance cooperation, facilitate expertise exchange, and establish communication channels with Chinese institutions and companies to support development and investment initiatives. Takala highlighted the importance of implement ing joint initiatives to bolster economic partnerships between the two nations. He underscored the potential benefits of leveraging international experiences to support Libya's economic development efforts and contribute to the country's goals of achieving greater stability and prosperity.
