Rabat – A government council is set to convene on Thursday, chaired by Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, as per an announcement from the Department of the Head of Government.
The council’s agenda will commence with an examination of a bill aimed at amending and augmenting the existing law on the reform of regional investment centers and the creation of unified regional investment commissions.
Included in the agenda is the scrutiny of two draft decrees, the first of which seeks to determine the principles and rules governing the organization of State administrations and their responsibilities.
The second decree seeks to determine the conditions and procedures for appointing heads of service and heads of departments within State administrations.
Wrapping up the session, the council will deliberate on proposals for appointments to senior positions, in compliance with the stipulations outlined in the Constitution’s Article 92, the announcement concludes.
