Cairo: Members of the Libyan House of Representatives, who are also part of the Arab Parliament, actively participated in the meetings of the Arab Parliament's standing committees today. These gatherings are in preparation for the third plenary session of the second session of the fourth legislative term, which is scheduled for tomorrow at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States' headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. According to Libyan News Agency, Member of Parliament Ahlam Al-Lafi led the Committee on Social, Educational, Cultural, Women's, and Youth Affairs. Meanwhile, Abu Salah Shalabi, another Member of Parliament, took part in the meeting of the Committee on Legislative, Legal, and Human Rights Affairs. Additionally, Member of Parliament Abdul Salam Nasiya was involved in the Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs, while Member of Parliament Hassan Al-Barghouthi participated in the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Political Affairs, and National Security. These meetings focused on discussing t he agendas of various committees and formulating recommendations for the Arab Parliament's plenary session. The aim of these activities is to enhance cooperation among Arab parliaments and address shared concerns.
