Egyptian, Eritrean presidents review bilateral ties, regional security

Riyadh, Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El Sisi, has underlined his country’s keenness on enhancing cooperation and coordination with Eritrea, especially with regard to regional security issues.

He made the remarks during a meeting in Riyadh with his Eritrean counterpart Isaias Afwerki, Middle East News Agency (MENA) quoted Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmi as saying.

Afwerki said he is looking forward to strengthening bilateral ties in various domains.

Their talks also tackled the latest regional developments, especially in the Horn of Africa, Sudan and Somalia.
