The Head of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, conducted a phone call yesterday with the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan, Mohamed Dagalo. According to the communication office of the PM, the two parties discussed Dbeibah's initiative to bring peace and a ceasefire to Sudan. The office added that Dbeibah invited Dagalo to visit Libya, where Dagalo expressed his appreciation for this invitation and Dbeibah's efforts to support security and stability in Sudan, stressing his welcome of the invitation. According to HAKOMITNA platform, the President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, is expected to visit Tripoli this week.
