According to African Press Organization, this agreement is seen as a crucial milestone in unifying Libya's institutions and setting the stage for credible national elections. The EU delegation commends the Libyan participants for their constructive approach and willingness to prioritize national interests. They have urged the House of Representatives and the High Council of State to positively engage with the Small Convening's outcomes and act promptly to implement the necessary steps.
