Khanaqin District in Diyala Governorate recorded an earthquake measuring 4 degrees today.
A local source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that an earthquake measuring 4 degrees on the Richter scale struck the areas on the outskirts of Khanaqin, northeast of Baquba.
He added that residents felt the earthquake occurred, without recording any human or material damage.
