Al-Menfi Engages Algerian, Egyptian, and Tunisian Ambassadors on Stability Roadmap

Tripoli: The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, held a significant meeting at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli with the Ambassador of Algeria, Abdelkrim Rekaibi, the Charg© d'Affaires of Egypt, Tamer Al-Hafni, and the Charg© d'Affaires of Tunisia, Mohammed Al-Habib Sassi. The discussions focused on fostering stability and creating a roadmap to conclude Libya's transitional phase.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting delved into strategies to strengthen the longstanding bilateral relationships between Libya and its neighboring countries, Algeria, Egypt, and Tunisia. The participants underscored the necessity of ongoing consultation and coordination among these strategically important nations.

Al-Menfi highlighted the deep connections among the peoples of the four countries, extending his gratitude for the supportive roles these neighbors have played in Libya's journey towards enhanced security and stability. Furthermore, he discussed the document of principles for the roadmap aimed at ending the transitional period. This document has gained consensus among the leaders of Libya's Presidential Council, House of Representatives, and High Council of State, reflecting a unified approach to overcoming the political and institutional challenges the nation faces.
