According to Libyan News Agency, Kalin conveyed greetings from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and underlined the strong bilateral relations and strategic partnership between Libya and Turkey. He lauded the efforts of Al-Menfi in supporting Libya's stability and unity and emphasized the need for ongoing coordination and consultation on political, security, and military matters of mutual interest.
