Baghdad, The Head of the Taqaddum Party, Muhammad al-Halbousi, received today, Tuesday, the United States Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanowski.
The two sides discussed, according to a statement by Al-Halbousi’s office, developments in the political situation, and the importance of resolving the issue of choosing a new speaker for the House of Representatives, in accordance with electoral entitlements and political agreements.
They also discussed relations and cooperation between the two countries, and developments in regional and international situations.
