In a recent tweet, the embassy underscored the significance of the NOC's announcement about expanding the Waha Consortium partnership with ConocoPhillips, highlighting it as a key example of the growing collaboration between the United States and Libya. According to Libyan News Agency, the embassy also welcomed the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the NOC and Chevron.
