The Speaker of the Turkish National Assembly, Numan Kurtulmus, congratulated the President of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohamed Takala, on his success in the recent council elections, stressing that cooperation between the two councils is one of the most important elements that give a boost to relations between the two countries.
Kurtulmus expressed yesterday his confidence in the continuation of bilateral relations between the two countries and their development in all areas, according to the Facebook page of the HCS.
