Tahala: The Tahala Municipality has issued an urgent call for residents of Al-Ghalaba, Al-Khamsin, Iskan, and part of Al-Saniya neighborhoods to evacuate their homes immediately. This precautionary measure is in response to the anticipated arrival of floodwaters in these areas. According to Libyan News Agency, the municipality made this announcement through its official page, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with emergency teams, security forces, and the Red Crescent. Residents are also advised to avoid wadis and areas prone to water accumulation to ensure their safety. The municipality had previously declared a state of alert and heightened its preparedness levels on Wednesday due to the current weather fluctuations affecting the area.
