Turkish Defense Ministry announces the killing of two PKK militants in northern Iraq with an air strike

The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced that two PKK militants were killed in an air strike in northern Iraq.

The Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement today, Tuesday, that one of the Turkish army units stationed in the Matina region in northern Iraq, in charge of operations to the Claw Lock, monitored the movements of a number of PKK militants, which necessitated an air strike on the places of movement of the Kurdish militants, which resulted in the death of two of them.

On the other hand, the Turkish Defense Ministry indicated, through one of its media platforms, that the Border Guard forces arrested 6 people, including 3 PKK militants, while they were trying to infiltrate into Turkish territory from Syria and Iran.
