The President of the Supreme Judicial Council meets in Tehran with his Iranian counterpart

The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, met with the head of the judiciary in Iran, Mohseni Ejei. The council stated in a statement: 'The meeting comes on the sidelines of his attendance at the funeral of the Iranian President held by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Khamenei.' According to the statement, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council offered condolences on behalf of Iraq's judges over the martyrdom of the late Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions.
