The President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Al-Manfi, arrived Monday in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
Al-Manfi is to participate in the African Climate Summit, scheduled for September 5 and 6, which will be attended by a number of African heads of state and heads of government and international organizations.
