The Popular Mobilization Authority stated in a statement: "The forces of the 52nd Brigade of the Kirkuk and East Tigris Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces launched a joint security operation with the army forces east of Salah al-Din, and with the support of the army aviation, to search the village of Khashamna, al-Husayniyya, and Bir Ahmed, east of Salah al-Din within the plan to secure the Arbaeen visit./ End
