The Minister of Culture and Cognitive Development, Mabrouka Tougha, discussed today, Thursday, with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Maharaj, the cultural issue between the two sides, in the presence of the embassy's cultural cooperation advisor, Laurent Guillard. The meeting, which was held at the Ministry's office, was attended by the Director of the Office of International Cultural Cooperation, Khalifa Al-Hamedi, and the expert in archaeological affairs at the Ministry's Office of Experts, Abdul Hadi Al-Ma'il.
