Tripoli: The President of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, engaged in discussions with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Gven Bek§i§, alongside his delegation, at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli. The meeting, which took place on Sunday, centered on the ongoing political developments within Libya.
According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions also explored potential pathways to advance the political process. The aim is to establish a legal and constitutional framework that would enable free and transparent elections, aligning with the aspirations of the Libyan populace for stability and development.
The Turkish Ambassador extended his congratulations to the President and the members of the Presidential Office on their electoral success. He expressed his hope that they would effectively fulfill their national responsibilities.
