Supreme Preparatory Committee Advances Plans for Libyan Diplomacy Conference

Tripoli: The Supreme Preparatory Committee is actively overseeing the preparations for the upcoming Libyan Diplomacy Conference, set to take place in Tripoli. This development comes after a meeting chaired by the Minister-designate for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the outcomes and recommendations of previous sessions, as well as evaluating the progress made by subcommittees tasked with specific duties. Discussions also revolved around coordinating with Libyan embassies and missions abroad to ensure seamless preparation for the conference.

The meeting concluded with deliberations on the subsequent steps needed to guarantee effective preparation and organization for the conference. Emphasis was placed on intensifying efforts to finalize logistical, technical, and media arrangements, which are crucial to the conference’s success. These efforts aim to project a positive image of Libyan diplomacy and highlight its significant role in enhancing Libya’s presence on both regional and international stages.

The Supreme Preparatory Committee has convened five previous meetings, all aimed at ensuring the conference achieves its national and strategic objectives.
