Tripoli: The two representatives of the Presidential Council, ‘Abdullah Al-Lafi’ and ‘Musa Al-Koni,’ yesterday, Tuesday, followed up with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, ‘Siddiq Kabir,’ the country’s financial and economic conditions.
The Presidential Council’s media office stated that the meeting discussed ways to improve citizens’ living conditions, in light of the high costs of daily life, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the office, the meeting reviewed the executive steps of the decision to determine the value of the fee imposed on foreign exchange sales, and the measures aimed at correcting the distortions of the Libyan economy, and addressing the effects resulting from its implementation.
