Petroleum Minister Asserts Importance of GECF in Promoting Dialogue, Cooperation

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tareq El Molla, participated as a representative of Egypt in the extraordinary ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), which was held Friday 1/3/2024 in Algeria. During the Forum El-Molla will deliver Egypt's speech on behalf of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, stressed the importance of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum in promoting dialogue and constructive cooperation between member states. El Molla pointed out the important role of natural gas, which represents the decisive element in achieving the energy transition in a fair, easy, and appropriate way to the needs of countries.
