Mnifi receives Mauritanian president’s special envoy.

President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Mnifi, received, this Thursday morning, in his office, the Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, in his capacity as a special envoy of the Mauritanian President, Mohamed Salem Ould Marzouk. The media office of the Presidential Council reported that the Mauritanian envoy carried a message to Al-Mnifi from the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, 'Mohamed Ould Sheikh Al-Ghazouani.'
