Khartoum, The head of the Sudan Liberation Movement “Minni Arko Minawi” called on the Sudanese government and the international community to cooperate seriously to expel mercenaries and any Sudanese forces present inside Libyan territory.

In statements broadcast by “Darfor 24”, Minawi denied the presence of any forces affiliated with his “Sudan Liberation Movement” movement in Libya, stressing that all his forces are present in Darfur.

While the United Nations estimated in its latest report that the number of mercenaries in Libya is about 20,000, the “Darfur 24” website said that Sudanese factions have been involved in the Libyan conflict for years.
