Tripoli: Libya's permanent representative to the League of Arab States, 'Abdulmutallab Thabet,' headed the delegation of the State of Libya in the emergency ministerial meeting of Arab foreign ministers, in its extraordinary session, at the request of the Federal Republic of Somalia. The Libyan delegation to the Arab League reported that the meeting discussed the situation in the Federal Republic of Somalia and the latest developments therein, via video conference technology.
