Kuwaiti Amir issues decree for National Assembly to convene

Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, issued a decree on Sunday calling on the National Assembly to convene on Wednesday, April 17.
