Khoury Discusses with Libyan Parties the Latest Economic, Security and Political Developments in Libya

Tripoli: The Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Stephanie Khoury, met with the Libyan Parties Coordination Committee to discuss the latest economic, security, and political developments in Libya.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting addressed the importance of a comprehensive political process leading to national elections. The UN mission highlighted that both sides agreed to continue the dialogue to achieve this goal.

The UN mission further stated that the meeting also touched upon the agreement reached at the mini-summit. The discussions underscored the commitment of all parties involved to pursue a stable political environment conducive to holding national elections.
