Tarhona: The Agricultural Police Station in the Al-Nahr area of Tarhona branch has uncovered an illegal operation involving the cutting down of approximately 1,200 olive trees within the Tarhona Agricultural Project. During a routine patrol, authorities discovered this significant breach of regulations.



According to Libyan News Agency, workers involved in this illegal activity were apprehended on the spot and have been referred to the relevant authorities for further legal action. The police have emphasized the importance of compliance with agricultural regulations and standards to preserve olive trees, which hold significant national value.
