Tripoli: Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, met with the British Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, to mark the conclusion of Longden’s mission in the country. The meeting highlighted the collaborative efforts between Libya and the United Kingdom during the ambassador’s tenure.
According to Libyan News Agency, Prime Minister Dabaiba commended Ambassador Longden’s contributions to enhancing bilateral cooperation and his ongoing support for Libya’s political and economic advancements. The ambassador, in return, expressed his gratitude to the Government of National Unity for the assistance provided throughout his service. He reaffirmed the UK’s commitment to backing Libya’s stability and development initiatives.
