Tripoli, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, General Mohammed Al-Haddad, received here on Tuesday UN Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams in the presence of Brigadier General Abdel Basit al-Shari’a.
Williams praised the meeting General Al Haddad held with General Abdul Razzaq Al-Nadhouri in Sirte, hoping that it would serve as a start for moving forward with the unification of the military.
