Manama, Professor Kieran Okohan, CEO of Polytechnic, received Vinod Kurian Jacob, Indian Ambassador to Bahrain.
The meeting discussed cooperation in the field of academic and applied research.
The two parties welcomed the approval of the Cabinet on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Bahrain Polytechnic and Chandigarh University.
They discussed initiating other agreements for cooperation, programme development, and creating new opportunities for students.
Professor Okohan affirmed the keenness to cooperate with Indian universities.
The ambassador commended Bahrain Polytechnic’s progress and wished the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
