Al-Menfi Engages with Libyan Military and Security Leaders to Enhance Stability

Tripoli: The Head of the Presidential Council and Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Menfi, convened a series of strategic meetings in Tripoli today. His discussions included key figures such as the Director of Military Intelligence and the Commander of the 444th Combat Brigade, Brigadier General Mahmoud Hamza, alongside other significant military leaders.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Presidential Council's media office reported that Al-Menfi's meeting with Brigadier General Mahmoud Hamza is part of ongoing initiatives to assess the security landscape and bolster coordination among military entities. Al-Menfi underscored the necessity of maintaining the rule of law, enhancing security efforts, and stabilizing the capital and its environs to safeguard citizens and preserve public order.

In addition to his meeting with Brigadier General Hamza, Al-Menfi conducted separate discussions with the Head of the Deterrence Apparatus for Combating Terrorism and Organized Crime and the Commander of the 52nd Infantry Brigade. The Presidential Council's media office indicated that these engagements are aligned with the continuous strategy to oversee the security situation and reinforce collaboration among security and military organizations.
