Tripoli: Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, expressed his pride in the civilized national scene presented by the people in the capital, emphasizing the importance of peaceful expression and responsibly voicing their aspirations.

According to Libyan News Agency, Al-Menfi shared his sentiments through a series of tweets posted on Friday night – Saturday on his account on X. This followed a demonstration held in Martyrs’ Square in downtown Tripoli, where participants called for the overthrow of political bodies and the urgent holding of elections.

Al-Menfi praised the role of security institutions in protecting the right to peaceful expression, highlighting the importance of listening to public opinion to achieve positive change.
