Tripoli: Minister of Social Affairs, Wafa Al-Kilani, followed up today, Monday, with the Director of the Grant Management Department, Hamza Al-Karati, on the progress of work on the executive annexes and mechanisms for developing the registration, inquiry, and verification platforms, considering them among the most important service tools related to citizens’ rights.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Director of the Grant Management Department presented a detailed overview of the digital system, including the completion rates for updating databases and improving inquiry processes, in addition to the measures taken to address technical issues and enhance platform readiness to ensure a faster and more accurate response.
Al-Kilani emphasized the need to strengthen the department’s technical capabilities and expedite the verification and completion of newly created citizen files, stressing that the ministry will not allow any delays that affect the delivery of grants to their beneficiaries.
The minister also directed that periodic work follow-up reports be provided, and that the highest quality standards be adhered to in operating the platforms and improving the user experience.
