Al-Baour Engages with Saudi Diplomat on Strengthening Bilateral Ties and Regional Developments

Tripoli: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, Al-Taher Al-Baour, engaged in discussions on Thursday with the Charg© d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Libya, Abdullah bin Dakhil Allah Al-Sulami. The talks focused on bilateral relations and recent developments on regional and international fronts.

According to Libyan News Agency, the dialogue emphasized the fraternal relations between Libya and Saudi Arabia and explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation. The aim is to advance collaboration across various fields to meet the aspirations of the two nations.

The discussions also covered several issues of mutual interest and the latest developments in the region and internationally. Both parties highlighted the necessity for ongoing coordination and consultation in Arab and international forums to support efforts aimed at improving security and stability in the region.

The commitment to further developing political, economic, and developmental cooperation was reaffirmed. Both sides expressed the intention to strengthen ties between Libyan and Saudi institutions, reflecting the depth of their bilateral relations and their importance within the context of joint Arab cooperation.
