Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Elsayed El Quseir hailed Egyptian-French relations as historic and distinguished, in light of their massive advancement throughout the past few years, thanks to the support of the political leadership in both countries.
El Quseir witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the French National Union of Potato Producers in the field of supporting the potato seed inspection and certification system.
