Cairo: Senior Adviser for Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, Massad Boulos, affirmed his country's commitment to supporting Libyan-led efforts to reunify state institutions, promote stability, and bring an end to years of political division in Libya. According to Libyan News Agency, Boulos' remarks came during a meeting with the newly appointed Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Nabil Fahmy. He congratulated Fahmy on his appointment and expressed wishes for success in his new role.
