Tripoli, The Minister of Economy and Trade, “Mohamed Al-Hawij,” discussed with his Tunisian counterpart, “Mohamed Bosaeed,” in a meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry’s office in Tripoli, ways to develop border areas, enhance trade exchange between the two brotherly countries, raise the level of trade exchange and activate transit trade.

The meeting also discussed the obstacles and difficulties facing businessmen and economic dealers in the two countries and work to overcome them and provide all facilities that contribute to the flow of goods between the two countries.

This meeting came within the framework of implementing the recommendations agreed upon during the meeting of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbaiba, with his Tunisian counterpart, Hisham Al-Mashishi, and preparing for holding the meetings of the Joint Higher Committee and studying, developing and activating the agreements concluded between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by several high officials in the ministry
