Tripoli: The US Special Envoy to Libya, Ambassador Richard Norland, accompanied by the Chargé d’Affairs, Jeremy Brent, discussed with the Qatari Ambassador, Khaled Al-Dosari, support for the electoral process in Libya.
According to a blog post on the embassy’s account on the ‘X’ platform on Tuesday evening, ‘Norland’ and ‘Brent’ stressed during the meeting the importance of the role played by regional partners in supporting the efforts led by the United Nations to help Libya overcome the political impasse and develop a credible road map for holding successful national elections. .
