Tripoli: Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, along with the Chairman of the Libyan-Chadian Friendship Committee of the Council, Taher Makni, welcomed a delegation from the Chadian-Libyan Friendship Committee of the Chadian Senate, led by Dr. Zakaria Saleh. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral relations and developing joint cooperation between Libya and Chad.
According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions aimed at serving the interests of both nations and their peoples, addressing several issues of mutual concern, particularly those affecting border regions. The dialogue also explored ways to support stability and cooperation between the two countries.
The participants highlighted the necessity of strengthening communication and coordination between relevant institutions and bodies in both nations. This effort is intended to bolster bilateral relations, support security and stability, and enhance joint cooperation across various sectors.
